قصة من الكتاب المقدس عن جدعون
كانت ياشا البالغة من العمر ثلاثة عشر عاما تنظر من خلال النافذة إلى المطر. كم كانوا محظوظين بالكثير من قطرات المياه التي تسقط من السماء، وتملأ السدود والأنهار، وتوفر المياه للمدينة التي عاشت فيها! لم تستطع التوقف في التفكير في مدينة على بعد ١٠٠٠ ميل تقريبا، تعاني من جفاف شديد، مما أجبر سكانها على استخدام المياه بشكل مقتصد للغاية.
تساءلت عما يمكن أن تفعله للمساعدة، توصلت إلى فكرة لكنها فكرت في نفسها، "هل سيستمعون إلي؟ أنا مجرد طالبة؛ عائلتي ليست غنية. أنا لست أحد الطلاب المعروفين في المدرسة ولا أحصل على أعلى الدرجات في الفصل. هل ستنجح خطتي؟"
دفعت كل الشكوك جانبا في وقت مبكر من صباح اليوم التالي، حشدت كل شجاعتها وذهبت إلى رئيسة الأعمال الخيرية في المدرسة لتقديم خطتها. قالت: "سيدتي، إذا أحضر كل طالب في المدرسة زجاجة مياه واحدة فقط نقية ومحكمة، فيمكن إرسالها إلى المدينة المنكوبة بالجفاف للمساعدة في إرواء عطش العديد من الأطفال".
اعتقد رئيس الاعمال الخيرية في المدرسة أن فكرة ياشا كانت رائعة. أصبح أكثر حماسا عندما أخبر الناظر بكل شيء عن ذلك. بعد ذلك جمع جميع الطلاب وأخبرهم عن خطة ياشا. وحمدا لله، في اليوم التالي، قام كل طالب بدوره بإحضار زجاجة محكمة من مياه الشرب الصافية إلى المدرسة، لإرسالها بعيدا إلى الأطفال العطشى على بعد ما يقرب من ألف ميل.
في أحد الأيام في ايام القضاة، كان جدعون يخبط الحنطة باليد في قاع معصرة العنب العميق، في مزرعة والده يوآش. لم يجرؤ على فصل القش عن القمح في العراء كما يفعل عادة، لأنه كان خائفا من أعدائهم،المديانيون، سيرونه ويأتون، ينهبون الحصاد الصغير اذا تركه هناك.
أثناء عمله، رنت كلمات نبي الله، الذي كان يسافر عبر البلاد، في أذنيه. قال النبي: "أخرجك الرب إله إسرائيل من العبودية في مصر وطرد أعدائك أمامك ليعطيك هذه الأرض. أوصاك أن تعبده وحده وألا تعبد أوثان أي أمة أخرى، لكنك لم تستمع!"
عرف جدعون أن النبي كان على حق، لأنه حتى والده بنى أصنام خشبية بجوار منزله. لا عجب أن الله قد دفعهم للمضايقة من قبل أعدائهم الذين يعبدون الأوثان، .كان هؤلاء الأعداء، المديانيون والعماليق وامم اخري، كانوا قساة للغاية لدرجة أن أبناء إسرائيل قد هربوا إلى الجبال. هناك عاشوا حياة تقشف ورعب و بلا مساعدة في الكهوف والأوكار، مختبئين من قطاع الطرق المرحلين.
وكان المديانيون كالجراد في الكثرة يركبون على جمال لا عدد لها كالرمل، ويدمرون محاصيل إسرائيل، ولا يتركون شيئا لأبناء إسرائيل ليأكلوه، ويأخذون كل أغنامهم وثيرانهم وحميرهم، مما جعلهم فقراء جدا. استمر هذا لمدة سبع سنوات. ولكن في النهاية، كان هناك أمل عندما بدأ بنو إسرائيل في الاستماع والصراخ إلى الرب إلههم طلبا للمساعدة.
عندما انتهى جدعون من درس القمح، خرج أولا من الكهف للتأكد من عدم وجود أعداء حوله. ثم فجأة، عاد إلى الكهف، لأنه رأي رجل تحت شجرة بلوط قريبة. حشد كل شجاعته، ألقي نظرة خاطفة بعناية على حافة الكهف مرة أخرى. لم يكن الغريب يشبه أي شخص يعرفه، كما أنه لم يبدو كعدو، لذلك قرر جدعون الخروج من الكهف، ماسكا مجرفة في يده ، وعلى استعداد للدفاع عن نفسه إذا لزم الأمر، حيث ذهب لمقابلة الغريب.
عندما اقترب جدعون، التفت الغريب وقال: " الرب معك يا جبار البأس!"
قد اصاب جدعون بالدهشة والحيرة. قال: "لكن يا سيدي، إذا كان الرب معنا، فلماذا اصابتنا كل هذه الأشياء السيئة؟" أخبرنا آباؤنا بكل شيء عن المعجزات والعجائب التي فعلها الله عندما أخرجنا من مصر. لماذا يسمح للمديانيين بتدميرنا؟"
لم يجيب الغريب على سؤال جدعون لأنه، في قلبه، كان جدعون يعرف بالفعل أن الإجابة كانت تماما كما تحدث النبي. بدلا من ذلك، قال له الغريب، "سأجعلك قويا! اذهب وخلص إسرائيل من المديانيين! اما أرسلتك!"
كان جدعون مندهشا! "لكن يا سيدي، كيف يمكنني ان اخلص إسرائيل؟" عائلتي هي الأكثر فقرا في قبيلة منسى بأكملها. علاوة على ذلك، أنا العضو الأقل أهمية في عائلتي بأكملها!"
أجاب الغريب: "سأكون معك وستدمر جحافل المديانيت بسرعة!"
فكر جدعون في نفسه، "كيف أتأكد من أن هذا الغريب في الواقع هو الله يتحدث معي؟ كيف أعرف أنني لن أخاطر بحياتي من أجل اكذوبة؟"

أجاب الغريب: "حسنا إذن". "سأبقى هنا حتى تعود!"
سارع جدعون إلى المنزل لشوي عنزة صغيرة واحضر بعض الفطير من الدقيق. بعد ذلك، سارع عائدا إلى الغريب، حاملا الماعز المشوي في سلة مع الفطير ووعاء من المرق. وضع هديته، بالقرب من الغريب.
ثم قال الغريب لجدعون: "ضع اللحم والخبز على هذه الصخرة هناك واسكب المرق فوقها."
في حيرة من أمره، فعل جدعون بالضبط ما طلب منه الغريب القيام به. ثم مد الغريب طرف عكازه، ولدهشة جدعون - تماما عندما لمس اللحم والخبز بعكازه - صعدت شعلة نار من الصخرة والتهمت كل جزء من الطعام. في الوقت نفسه، اختفى الغريب من عينيه كما لو كان في الهواء الطلق ولم يكن في أي مكان يمكن رؤيته.
أدرك جدعون الآن من يجب أن يكون هذا الغريب، وخوفا من أن يموت، صرخ،"اه، يا سيدي الرب! لقد رأيت ملاك الرب وجها لوجه!"
ولكن بعد ذلك سمع صوت الرب يقول له: "السلام لك! لا تخف. لن تموت!"
شعر جدعون بالارتياح لسماع تلك الكلمات لدرجة أنه بنى على الفور مذبحا للرب وأطلق عليه اسم "مذبح السلام مع الرب".
الآن عرف جدعون على وجه اليقين أن الرب كان معه. كان يعلم أن الرب قد أعطاه هدفا، ولكن كيف كان عليه بالضبط إنجازه، سيتعين علينا معرفة ذلك في القصة التالية.
تذكر!
لا يهم إذا كنت غنيا أو فقيرا، قويا أو ضعيفا، صغيرا أو كبيرا. يمكن للرب أن يستخدمك إذا كان لديك قلب راغب وروح متواضعة.

7. ماذا سمي جدعون المذبح الذي بناه للرب؟
8. ما العذر الذي لديك لعدم القيام بإرادة الله؟
9. هل ستكون شجاعا ولديك إيمان للتخلص من تلك الأعذار والقيام بإرادة الله؟

"وظهر له ملاك الرب، وقال له: الرب معك، يا جبار البأس" (القضاة 6:12).
